Tender For The Purchase Of School Bus:

Rungiri Secondary School intends to purchase one (1 No) rear wheel drive passenger bus. The prospective suppliers are required to submit the tender to supply passenger bus to include the financial bid, the time for supply, the registration requirements, after sales arrangement and the availability of spare parts locally.
The proposal should include the following information:-
a) Delivery period for this bus to school
b) Price of the bus (expressed in Kenya Shillings)
c) Licensing arrangements of the bus
d) After sale service information
e) Information on bus model origin
The following documents must be attached to the tender form.
- Current tax compliance certificate
- Registration certificate
- Proof of having done similar supply
- Please note that tender forms must be rubber stamped and signed by the management of the firm filling the tender forms
Please complete the documentation and forward it as follows.
- Complete technical and financial evaluations independently, each put in their envelopes
- Place the two envelopes in a single envelope
The tender forms can be obtained from the school office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 3,000.00 (Three thousand shillings only) payable in form of cash, bankers' cheque or money order during the official working hours between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
The bid must be delivered to the tender box located at the principal's office on or before 8th July 2013 at 5.00pm. If the bid document is extra-large it should be submitted directly to the office of the Principal. Late submission shall not be recognized.
